Inspired by Matthew Quinn's Hydrostatic.

Also a note here, I took this shot before the Abstract Macro II challenge was posted. It just so happens that Matthew's "Hydrostatic" won Blue in the original Abstract Macro challenge, but it's also been one of my favourite photos for quite some time. What a coincidence.... good omen... bad omen... ?

Hopefully I'll get over a 5 this challenge, as I've been in quite a slump lately, score-wise.

This remindes me of a card game I play. One of the cards is called "Fork". I think this picture is great.

Pretty colors, but how exactly is this showing me that electricity has changed the world? Lunch - always been around. Forks - been around before electricity. I have to admit I've never had an electric lunch, so maybe I'm just underinformed.

Ah, another one of these lamps! Whant HAVE they done for us, other than showing us these lines of lights when we touch ... nice variation with the fork, though!
