Greetings from the Critique Club!
Composition:
It certainly appears to be a nice place! I too like the reflection of the lights in the water. I may have been tempted to crop the left handside to the nearest pillar which may have helped lead the viewer along the pillars and into the image.
The horizon is slightly tilted and would be helped by straightening in Photoshop (or the editing software you use).
Technicals:
The most important thing here is why did you apply soft focus in your editing? Night shots always benefit from placing the camera on a solid, stable surface such as a tripod. Beacause they require a longer shutter speed the camera needs to be as still as possible. This image looks as though it may have been slightly blurred and you have added the soft focus to try and compensate for this but I am afraid it hasn't worked. I do like how the lights are not blown out and there is some nice detail in the water.
If you've got any questions about this critique, please feel free to contact me via the PM system.

It's a nice enough image, but the focus is so weak that it just looks messy. |

Its very cool place, lovely lights and nice composition. But...it is highly suggested to use tripod for nightshot or atleast support camera on something to prevent shaking and getting more sharper image. |

Looks like some motion blur here. Needs to be done with a tripod I think. |
