I don't drink often, never to get drunk. Too many people end up like this too often. I am not condeming alchohol, my personal choices go no further than myself. I judge only myself. It still makes me sick how many lives have been ruined due to alchohol though. Although I am not one of them, I have known many people who's lives have.

Post Processing (As requested by Melethia):

Curves Adjustment Layer: Simple S-Curve

Brightness/Contrast Adjustment Layer: Boosted contrast a little higher than brightness, but both are boosted

Channel Mixer Adjustment Layer: Changed to greyscale and adjusted acordingly to make a decent 'higher contrast look'. Changed opacity for layer to 66%.

Heavy application of USM

Burned around the edges

(Maybe I should make a DVD... lol.)

I hear ya! I started drinking at 12. Didn't drink too often but when I drank, I could not stop until I lost consciousness many times. ...then I joined the Navy at 17 and it was as awpollard described.

Anyway - I think it should be required that every member post a head-in-the-toilet shot within their first year on DPC. In fact, someone should suggest a head-in-the-toilet challenge.

I gave up the alcohol long ago, too. No need to induce a headache - and I can act stupid all by myself with no outside influence...

I really like the processing, and in fact like the processing on all your shots so far. What did you do on this one? (Always looking to learn from those that do this well!)

Being a Marine for 15 years through the years that it was almost encouraged to get drunk and fight, falldown or whatever...I had consumed enough alcohol for two life times. About 8 years ago I finally realized that it was killing me and flat out quit drinking...best part that I found out: There is life before 10AM.

Cool shot, great representation, nice post p.

Nice shot Cyler. I agree with Leroy and Judi, some face would have been good. Nice processing giving the image the mood of what's going on.

And next time I'll cut you off earlier.

it's the live action version of my bratz doll on the toilet shot. it was infamous. i agree with your choice. even if only because I'm allergic to alcohol and cant do it even if I wanted too. but I'm not allergic to drugs and still have never done those so I doubt thats the whole reason. Nice message. and great processing.

Don't think I've ever had my head that far in the bowl...

I like the proccessing...and shot. Although, I think I'd like to see a bit of face with a sick look on it, maybe a bit of sweat.
