I like the patterns in the water and the reflections. Lighting on the flying bird's wing is good too. Perhaps crop it slightly less tightly to give the subjects a little more breathing space.

Good capture nice line up there. The composition is good, the gulls in the line up are a tad on the dark side tho, especially if you compare them to how lightened the bird in flight is. However because the topic this week is in flight, you've made it appear that your main subject is in the spotlight. Good one.

Great title. Amazing how birds do line up. The shadows of the birds on the ground is very good. The rippling water looks perfect and the lighting on the seagull about to land is perfect.
