i would have maybe moved the lawn furniture and such (or move the mantis to a different setting). To me it is distracting from the mantis, which in itself is nicely captured with nice light and sharpness. |

Ah, young grasshopper... The background here is very distracting. It looks as if you found the mantis climbing perhaps a chair or something. |

Foreground is great, good detail. The background, although blurred out, is fairly distracting. |

good shot . you got good depth of field but i would like it better if the background was a little dimer |
