I have taken a million seagull shot in my time and never got one this good. The translucent wings and the blue sky are great. Good Shot!

Simple but effective, the crispy blue sky works in well with the gull. It is a tad on the grainy side tho.

Absolutely beautiful pictue. The blue sky really frame the subject well and helps to make the bird pop out of the picture. The angle that you took the picture gives the composition great interest. The slight blur gives the bird a sense of motion.

I'd have prefered the subject not vertically centred. Nice backlighting though. 7

The illuminated tail here is my favorite part of this shot, esp/ contrasted with the black wing tips, well done.
