In the context of the rain challenge, the picture needs to shout "rain" a little more clearly. This could be acheived by change your light source direction to side light or back light the drops. Or, to show that rain is falling or has fallen, then just move in a little closer and isolate on an interesting detail. See the blue in this challenge for example and Scalverts shot is a good example of using light direction to really show off the drops.
Also, a busy BG like you have in this pic overwhelms the rest of the picture.
Keep shooting and dont worry about the score. |

I don't think you really deserved the "brown ribbon" for this. It was a good attempt for an enticing picture. |

Sorry... nothing to see here really. No detail, the vegetation makes the whole pic look like a mess. And the glass/pearls combo really doesn't work. |

Artistic, novel composition, pleasant to look at. I don't understand the symbolism of the glass and necklace, though. |

i dont know if the angle helps here. because there's lots in the photo to look at, i feel like i have to turn my head in an angle to figure out what im looking at. |
