Exquisite detail in the black and white conversion of this - very nicely done.

6 - Like this. The toning/b&w works well in my opinion, especially if the viewers 'knows' the vivid color of these flowers. Can't help wondering if a very feint color left in (on just flower or even flower and leaves) may have just given this a little extra, but your call, obviously. Wonder also, compositionally, whether a little more top and bottom may have given a fraction more overall 'balance'.

Beautiful crispness and I like the light/dark contrast.

very sharp and wonderfully contrasty

a very fine black and white image... also good use of filters or PS to bring out the color of the flower and hold back the greens.

quite unique and well crafted - great job

The texture of the flower petals is nice, as well as the jagged edges of the leaves. The flower could use a bit more contrast, but overall, good composition.

Nice non-colour treatment.

Good job photographing an otherwise boring subject and turning it into something great. The texture in this image is awesome.
