Great capture nature photography!
On a humorous note the birds' grouping kind of reminds me of one of my band director's comments during a practice on the football field before we entered a competition in high school, "Come on, People! Get those lines straight! We're never going to get a Superior looking like this!!!!" :)

I always try this kind of shot and never works for me; yours is much nicer than any of mine, though it would have more impact if the birds could be seen in a real V-formation.
