 a 5 minute shoot, with 20 minutes of PP. That's a record for me :D

used a small old stool (30 cm x 20 cm) as a background, and a striplight almost straight above the stool, with a white reflector on the other side.

Needs a hair more DOF IMHO, but an excellent pic nonetheless. Another one that really stands out due to great visual theming.

I'm surprised this didn't place higher. I gave it a 10 and was really hoping I'd see it in the top 20 at least. I love it.

perfect fulfillment of challenge: a *visual* connection between two unrelated objects. and it makes for a pleasing photo beyond just this challenge. 10

made me stop and say "hmmm..." that's a good think I guess. like the interplay of the two white objects with the black centers.

First I thought you should've had more coffe in the plastic cup to really emphasize the pictorial relation between the two. As I took a second glance however, I realized that the one begets the other so I guess you nailed it.

Also I see they are both recycleable.

Guess I'm trying to say I like it in just so many words.
