 Taken in downtown Reykavik.
I used one strobe for this shot.
Got this guy to dress up as a viking and a another one to come and meet us with his bike in his suit.
People walking down town sure took a good look at us wile shooting this.
Postprocessing: levels and curves, unsharpmask, coloradjustments and so on.

Whaaaaaaaaaat? How come this didn´t ribbon? Farkin awesome shot, underrated, boo on the lot that gave this those 12 3´s and 11 4´s... Just added it to my faves, one of the best shot´s I have seen from you yet.

man Arnthor, I really thought this would ribbon...for the work you put in and the end result it deserved to at least get something...a top 10 makes this an underrated shot in my opinion...looking at some of the shots above you (and no distrespect to any of them) this deserved to be up there

the back ground is too distracting for me. It would have worked wonderfully with a dark, forboding set. then again I might be confused about the intent of the photo. was it viking vs biker, or incongruency of viking in a modern town?

this one was a good laugh. It would have been even better if the bike was on its side. I didn't dock any points for that though. I wouldn't lay my bike down either. Overall, well done.

This is extremely bizarre and different for this challenge. The vignetting and post process is excellent. The wide angle works well too. I almost wish it was just a smidge more morbid and maybe a more drab day in the background. I do like that the Viking guy looks like there was a tiring fight but there are no signs of the fight (blood etc). I'll come back later with either a 6 or 8 :] - undecided.

... This is freaking brilliant! And anyone who comments on the tiltedness being bad is silly. ;-) I love how the shot looks so REAL. Like you'd just happened upon this and took a picture.

This photo makes me want to see battle 2! very good job, the only problem is that it looks like it needs to be rotated but i think i may be an optical illusion i dont know

wow, this is absolutely fabuolous. i hate to be a nitpicker, but the challenge was to photograph "exactly two things".... it seems like A LOT is going on here. i really like it though- 7
