Poetic title. This is a disturbing image in that it is tranquil, and sad and ominous all at that same time. But for that it is a striking picture.

Nice concept, and I like the water. It seems a bit dark, and some of me wants to see his feet.

Very clever idea. I really like the lighting and effect of being wet on Woody. The lighting at the top of the picture is distracting to me though. I would consider cropping just above or just below the debris in the water. I like the crop without the feet. It gives a sense that is actually drifting away.

Great idea - wish woody and/or water had a little more contrast.

This is really nice idea. I would have liked to see the woodie slightly brighter/ligther, but overall it works very well.

I love the concept. I think the woody would have been better placed in the lighter part of the photo as it is the lighter area which draws the eye in.

Your title makes this for me. (took it from just another death and dismemberment entry to something creative).

I like the concept, great title but I think it's just a little under exposed.

Good idea, but too much negative space, the bright spot at the top distracts, and the Woody is not entirely in the frame.

Oh no! Quick - call a lifeguard! It's not too late, is it? Nice idea!

Good idea. Unfortunately, woody looses attention to the illuminated detail on the top of the image. Some light, strobe or even flashlight, would help woody.

I like this photo. An improvement, to me, would be to crop off the top bit of the photo though, the part with the trees and white sky in the reflection. I think that part competes for attention and it serves little to no purpose. That would leave a beautiful light blue to dark fade of the water and leave us to focus on woody.

Murder! lol. Maybe you could have brought out the shadows a bit more for more detail in woody. Gets a bit lost in the darkness.
