I don't get it. But I'm not saying it's bad...it's just that I don't get it. |

This is a great shot, I can feel the panic. I wonder how this would have felt if more of the young girl could have been seen? or if the image were centered. The light on the floor also helps to pull you in to the picture. Overall I like this shot. Good Luck! 7 |

Scary. The eye focuses right away on the menacing silhouette at the door, and then follows the reflected light on the floor, all the way to yourself. Scary!

I'm not sure what this is about, but the darkness and that single light line through the photo sure build a nice mood. |

It's too dark to tell what it is. All I can see is the ourline of something at the top. Is your monitor setup correctly? I'm sure mine is so... |

I waited to come back to this one until I got my monitor adjusted because before it was very dark and forbidding and the concept wasn't really being conveyed to me. After coming back I can see more of what you were going for and agree that this is a nightmare in the making. The only thing that could have made this shot better for me was more emphasis on the person and the window and not quite a much darkness to the left and bottom. The shaft of light coming in the bottom is a nice touch. |

a bit of light coming from around the body would add a lot to this
in my opinion

This is a good idea, but there's just too much dark space. The subject is so far away from the camera that it's hard to tell what's going on. |

I understand what you were trying to convey here but I think you got a bit too dark with it. I think some more (just a little) light around the subject would drastically improve this shot. |

hard to tell what is going on in this shot - I assume someone is banging on the door to get out of the dark room, but the idea is not expressed very clearly. |

I get the idea, but the figure in the door is not defined enough to make this jump out . I had to look at it for a while to make out what it was. I like the lighting and the reflection on the floor. |

Great idea. Too bad that window was not a little bit longer. I love how you framed this shot. |
