I think the shot is great, both in the posing and compositionally.

It would seem that either you missed on the focus, or you went a bit overboard with the smoothing on the skin.

Nice angle and lighting and sharpness in the headshot. The bottom left side is a little distracting and I would like to have seen catchlights in her eyes to give her a bit more life. You could, of course, photoshop those in...
