nice idea, has a slightly amateurish feel to it. Think it is due to the slightly soft focus.

Nice idea and good composition. Woody appears to be out of focus and the light trails may look better if they were straight.

Fun idea, but the figure appears between motionblur and oof. So basicly it doesn't work for me. I like the effect and idea. But would have liked a crisp focus on the figure, or a strong motion blur. Here it just looks like a mistake.

I like the compostion. Woody is a little dark and his head not as sharp as I'd prefer.

Add a board and it could be surfer woody - kinda looks like the crest of a wave.

Next time definitely take advantage of the maximum allowed file size, 150. It will help things look much less pixelated. I love your concept and composition.
