Every day on my way to work I have to drive through the fog. Today I decided to find some beauty in the fog. The colors are also true colors, no editing.

Good try. To me, it's too washed out with not enought detail.

Nice atmospheric effect. The notice is just too fuzzy to read which I find a little bit distracting.

too much is lost in the sun, consider taking this landscape with something more interesting in the front, it looks like a trailer but its probably too blobby for the ones that skip through every pic.

5: There's a bit too much fog around to make anything a clear focal point of this image other than the sun

Fog is always useful for atmospherics. However this is a great volumetric light but the subject lacks a focal point and consequently leaves me wanting to be emotional with nothing to be emotional about! The pixelation may have reduced what subject there was to an indistinct mass though.

Your exposure should have been metered on your brightest point here (the sun - or very close to it) in order to retain its outline. If you have a point-and-shoot you can half-click the shutter to meter, then move into position and fully click to shoot the image. The rest of the scene, which may have gone quite dark, could have been lifted afterwards.

Shall I shut up now?

I believe fog is totally a morning thing and I used to hate it when I lived where they had it. I haven't had to deal with fog in almost 15 years. Your photo is a good representation of fog - I think with advanced editing, you could have improved your photo and cloned out the trailer and evened out the colors around the sun. Still, I like your topic so bonus points for that.
