The ducky and the title are both great but the lines of the towel are a bit distracting. A different background would help enhance this background. Perhaps shooting it on an open phone book or something in relation to a scenario related to the phone.

I'll give you extra points for the title, otherwise the shot isn't really all that interesting, it's just a duck against a towel.

The caption makes it much funnier. Dunno' if the towel fits in as well as say, a shopping mall, but it's still very cute.
