 As I was away all weekend and haven't had a chance to do any pet shooting, I thought I would catch up with a few of my SPCA shots that I've been doing for them.
Once a week I go into the shelter and take pictures of the cats and somtimes of the dogs.
These pictures are then put onto petfinder.com and the SPCA Myspace account.
It isn't much, but I feel as though I'm helping a little.

Anyway, this cat is called Lily Bug-a three year old female, her owner gave her up because she was "moving".

I love in your face animal shots. This is fantastic with her whiskers spreading out and then getting cropped. Nicely done with the focus and tones.

it's odd to have a background color that is so predominant in the subject, but it works. a very pretty close-up.
