 Since I thought I was selling my house, my future mother in law gave me this plastic tub of oil soap for wood floors. Was struggling for an idea and saw this in the kitchen on the counter. Not much done to this. Really nothing at all. In raw using PI12, cropped, resized, sharpen +10, USM .5/150/0, contrast +12, save for web as .jpg.

Nice execution. The title makes me think hard; but I'm pretty sure I get it. Great lighting! You really bring woodies to life.

Hmmm, some folks got it, some didn't. I didn't. The image is good, but I was distracted by trying to find the punch line. I'd ask you to explain it, but as I have learned many times over - if you have to explain it, it just isn't funny. A 6 from me though. :)

Very cute idea... kind of a PSA of polish abuse. I like the composition here, though I think the polish container might be better if it was a little less Glad-ware looking.

Sorry, but I'm missing the point of the title. Is this some subliminal message? You've done a nice job of lighting the main subjects. They are well focused and stand out well against the black background. The tub in the middle...??? Seems out of place. Looks like a rubbermaid or tupperware container with a urine sample in it. Hmmm...oh well. Best of luck to you in the challenge.

Not sure what to think of this. Lighting is nice on the larger woodie, but the smaller one is slightly blown out.I don't care for the solid black, it makes everything feel floaty.
