try to be funny. but doesn't cut it with me. the duck seems to take over the whole image and the woodie is lost on the ground. very flat with blown lights on the duck.

He-he. Funny one. Not sure I like the B/W tones for this. I take it you were trying to mute it some - did you try some selective desat instead - play with the colors a little? As a B/W the range is limited and a bit flat. JMO of course. Good luck in the challenge.
