Used manual mode, dro setting on Landscape. Used cloudy
-1 white balance, contrast set 1 line above the middle. Used tripod. Post processing included hdr adjustment using Minolta DImage preset, brightness and contrast adjustment, tone mapping, dodging and burning of highlights in trees, cloning out distracting foreground in lower right, spot saturation on fore tree in left, and
yellows in leaves, spot sharpening of the lines in the water, dodging and burning the mist on the lake to create more contrast. Resize, sharpen, save for web.

love the feel and richness of the colours, it is as it says in the title a very restful image, i would have this on my wall. |

I did not see the geese the first time around, so I didn't understand the title; however, the photo's central focus is the water and mist. |

i would crop the top more, get rid of the blown out sky and a bit on the bottom for the what looks like a clump of mud. Maybe a little more contrast also to seperate the colors more. |

6: The birds don't seem to be big enough in the frame given that I presume the title refers to them. The autumn colours in the tree overpower them as they are |
