Thanks for all the wonderful comments and suggestions. Okay, a little heavy with the contrast, but it worked! I added text (Downtown Dayton) to this across the blown out sky and it looks great! (But, I am going to add a polarizer to my list of accessories to buy!) Thanks, again.

This is a great shot, could be used for a postcard for the city. The only thing that jumps out at me though is the sharpness of the shot and the coloring almost looks too rich but for a tourism shot that is great. If the sky was a deep blue the shot would be close to perfect, darn mother nature!

extremly contrasty. overly so I think. it seems to have washed out the sky. other than that I really like it, it has nice composition, colour and a nice collection of elements.

really like this, the colors pop! Sky is blown out possibly a circular filter or gradulated filter could have helped. Still one of my favorites.

it's a shame the sky wasn't nicer looking. however, even with the dull sky this is a great shot. the flowers put this shot over the top. they give nice perspective to the picture, and balence nicely against the tallest building.

The clarity and color of this image makes it stand out. Well composed image. The all white sky and sharp contrast gives the image an overall harsh appearance.

Good focus and clarity but I don't like the blown out sky that has no detail and the image appears overly post-processed, possibly to compensate for dark lighting conditions? Contrast is too high. I like your inclusion of the flowers in the foreground...they add a nice touch and are not imposing or interfering with the rest of the image.

This is a nice shot. Personally I would like to see the flowers be at the edge of the left side. It would have helped direct the view back into the picture.

such a great image -with superb DOF! Realy shame teh sky is just white, may I suggest a poloriser if your camera will take one? This will stop it from burnning out.
