 This was done in my kitchen. Coffee is an important part of my morning ritual.

This image was adjusted in the RAW format.
Desaturated,shadow contrast turned up, exposure compentation turned down, fill light and color temperature adujusted. Then cropped and matted in PhotoShop.

would have worked in the light competition as well, just the hint of clues makes this all about the subject and the window -- great way to tell a story - one of my favorites this challenge

hmm, hairlessman? third challenge, looking pretty good!

a very nice image, well composed and exposed.. the light is lovely and the contrast betweenthe steel mug and collander and the texture of the sking is excellent.

of course, if you're not hairlessman, disregard the first paragraph...

I studied this for quite awhile. I'm sure you'll hear "too dark," but that is precisely, why I like it so much. Wonderful use of light and I like how the dishes are in the sink.
