Actually, I like the idea of the hand holding the frame, but its in a very unnatural position in its present orientation. It may be more bother than its worth to you, I dunno, but I would reshoot just the back of the hand to place it around the outside the frame. It would be a much more natural looking position.
Other than the hand, WOW, what an outstanding piece. I think you have achieved your goal nicely. |

I think this is quite believable, and it looks seamless!
not so sure about the little hand, holding the frame, it's too small and too dark for me. |
