 This photo is captured lake near my house at 10 PM in night.. there was lots of dust/polution.. so photo looks hazy... Editing done: sharpen, added shadow, crop, partially B&W and resize.

Very grainy and OOF. Did you use a tripod? The straight on angle makes the picture a little flat.

This could be a tad sharper and it seems very grainy. Next time, try a lower ISO and a longer shutter speed. The light reflections are really nice.
