uff, this is my latest last minute entry EVAH...!
this man came visit the farm, where i'm temporaray living here in iceland, this evening and i couldn't resist to take some snapshots of him (harsh light from the lamp, i know, and iso 800...;D). this guy would have fit perfect for my idea for the "beer and softdrink advertisement" challenge, cause i had the idea to take a photo of a really viking looking man together with a bottle of "viking" beer.
post editing: color balance, curves, selective colors, neat image, crop (most of his overexposed forehead),usm after resizing and saved for web
i know, it's not so much about this lighting thing in this photo, but i can't resist to submit...let's see what happens... |

i suggest a lil bit more light on the eyes..the rest of the image is fantastic. |
