 Flash set at -1.0, lamp on right side, window on left. Tried eliminating some of the background noise from sharpening but it also took out some of the champagne drops, so I left it. Took the pic by hand while pouring ... in retrospect a remote might have been a good idea, but I made the mess I wanted!

Note: tight crop was mostly to eliminate other props I decided were too distracting. Kind of liked the crop with the angle of the shot, though, so I went with it.

Interesting. Cropped weirdly , good clarity and freezing of time, without the title i wouldn't really get the oxymoron

moderately good oxymoron. bold crop. nicely frozen action. The lighting is quite flat though. 5
