| I think a photo with the majority blurred isn't going to do well here. But I think it's very artistic. |

| The blurry image takes away to much from what you intend to be the focal. Maybe more of the street lamp in the picture, would have worked, better. |

| I get what you were doing (or at least trying to justify with the title) but having such a large, foreground element so very out of focus isn't particularly appealing. If you'd cropped the man just to the left of the tie, perhaps it would improve the compositon?? |

| Interesting idea but very odd in its entirety. The light seems very secondary as I can't get past the blurred figure and bright shape at the top left. |
