I like it. Next time, try to get the shades to stand out from each other more (a bit more contrast). I like how you do not have all of her head showing. The background is nice and simple, so that's fine. I agree that her eyes are a little dark-they should be the focal point in the picture.

Very nice. Great composition, and you captured a great expression. My only suggestion would be to try and get more light on her eyes next time...they are a little dark.
