Personally, photography aside (and what the heck is photography anyway but a means of subverting the good old paint brush and palette for less capable artists?), this is an image of artistic value. I don't really care how it was made - it helps that it was based on a real scene - but the end effect, to me, is perfectly graphic and one I could live with in my collection of art. Hemingway's Skiff, is that the title? |

Well shoot me for being honest, but I can't say as the PP on this really "does it" for me Robert. The scene is serene and would love to see a more conventional post-processing on it. |

That bright orange ball majorly distracts me. Complementing the blue of the water it REALLY sticks out. |

EXCELLENT complementary colors. So intense~! My eye immediately divides this shot into three horizontal bands, and each one has a stunning spot where upon I can rest my eye. BRAVO - this is beautiful. I'd have saved it for Oct. Free Study. (clap clap clap)This needs to go in my favs. |
