 Taken from a coach bus on the way to the mountains on my birthday. I was really surprised when the truck didn't come out so blurred.

I don't know, to me this looks more like panning than bokeh, although I guess you could have both, but in this case the blur seems to be from motion, not shallow DOF. The truck looks very bright. ~5

I may be missing something here, but I can't see any bokeh. I'm afraid the quality of the photo isn't really up to much either; uninteresting composition, badly blown highlights...

I'm afraid what you have here is motion blur and an unlevel photograph of a rather non-interesting subject I'm afraid.

It would have been better if the truck were in focus. The Truck also looks overexposed. - 5

not really a bokeh! perhaps a slower shutter speed would have got what you wanted

I don't see the bokeh, this is just blur, and the truck is blown out.

The contrast on the white is a bit much, it is almost glaring. 5.

I like the concept of movement as bokeh, but this did not come off very well in actual practice

I'm having trouble seeing any bokeh here - everything seems in focus despite the motion blur. Also, the truck and its highlights are blown.
