In early July, I was moving from Central to Sandybay in Hong Kong. This is the view from one of three glass sides of my previous apartment on the 10th floor in Central. The blue-striped building in this picture gradually changes color all the time; it's better and cooler than a lava lamp :)). I lived behind it for 2 years before moving to a vastly different part of HK - Sandybay, a quiet residential area near Aberdeen, with no gaudy neons that you'll find in Central.
What you're seeing here is accidental - I touched the swivel of the tripod before the 4 sec exposure was over. I thought the resulting ghost images look surprisingly pleasant, blending nicely with the billowy cloud. BTW, the old buildings are mostly residential with shops at the ground floor. The blue-striped one is a glass office tower.
