Didn't want to shoot an other flower/bokeh photo. I guess there will be a lot of them, in this challenge, so i tried something different here.
For this photo i used existing light and one off-camera SB-800, in manual mode, to enhance the book and glass.
I'm not quite happy with this image. I'd like some more, small flames οn the background, for a stronger bokeh, and i'd like different reflections on the glass. But time is running out and i don't have the chance to reshoot it.
Not much post process here. Slightly levels, curves and color correction, crop, usm and save for web.
PS: Watching the previous "bokeh" challenges, i see that almost 95% of the submissions are flowers or bugs shots. Voters might think i'm in a wrong challenge. LOL. I think this is gonna be fun!!!!!

| Very nicely done -- one of my favorites this time around. The light on the book seems just slightly too hot for me... that's the only thing keeping me from voting it a 10. |

| Nicely setup, good composition, bokeh supports main subject. Wish the reflection off the book was not overexposed. |
