| I love the lighting you have on this image. not too sure the bokeh really adds to it though.. |

| this is crooked, and it's not about bokeh. It seems like alot of folks don't really understand what bokeh is. |

| The pose, muted color, sharpness and lighting are all excellent. Unfortunately the bokeh, where the flame appears to come out of the bear's head acts more as a distraction than providing highlighting support for your main subject. A slightly different placement of the background flame would make a great improvement. |

| The expression on this boys face is awkward...as if it were caught at the wrong moment. I like the almost sepia toning...but it doesn't really go far enough for me, rather it leaves his skin looking oddly toned. Still puzzling over why the fireplace is not plumb.... |
