 Ping-pong ball on a mirror with golden syrup poured on. Christmas tree lights in background on a black velvet backdrop.

Couldn't get the ball and the syrup in focus without using more than f5, which destroyed the bokeh. So thats why the ball is not quite in focus around the edge.
Also there is a little smudge of syrup on the ball which needs wiping off - of well, it is basic edits so I can't clone it out!

Levels to find black and white point
Curves to give it some zap
Individual colour adjustments to red and yellows to make them pop

The hard lined pentagons that are appearing don't really make for the nice soft bokeh I'm looking for.
