Not really a landscape, more of a "portrait of a statue".

Back to comment: Not what the voters will be looking for subject wise in this challenge. This image also looks a bit out of focus. You may want to sharpen more after down sizing an image for a challenge. Most people use Unsharp Mask to bring back the sharpness lost because of down sizing.

The focus on the subject is a little soft (blurred edges). Score: 5.

It is a picture in portrait orientation but does not appear to me to be a landscape $.02

This is an interesting photo, but as I'm sure you're hearing from others, this really wouldn't qualify as a landscape and the landscape is barely visible behind the main subject.

This looks more like a portrait in portrait then a landscape.
