It seems that more often it holds its breath.
There's something that appears animated about this image, perhaps the softness. Maybe sharper, or in focus, or even (egads) a border would be beneficial. |

The composition is good and the choice to have the flag display wind is nice. The pole and flag both come off as a bit fuzzy.
