A nice capture but would suggest a fix for the color balance, the shot has too much of a blue/cyan tone to it, and rotate it just a tad to the left, as it seems to be leaning a bit to the right.

Nicely composed. The reflection seems a little too dark give just how bright the snow on the mountain is. A little more balance in the exposure would really make this pop.

would make good for the reflection challenge too.. i love pictures of Mt. Rainier.. Would LOVE to see it in person someday.. 10 from me

Unfortunatly the white of the snow is overexposed. And the whole shot feels tipped to the right. Even if it isn't, it helps to make the viewer feel balanced by evening it out. Also you don't want to put your dividing line or horizion line right smack in the middle. One third from the top or bottom is standard, but just a 10% difference helps. The shapes on the bottom are nice and add interest.

A very nice image of Mount Rainier at Reflection Lake, but I fear that the tilt in the horizon may cost you. Good luck.
