The thumbnail for this is beautiful, and it would probably score really well if it were sharper. In low light photography like this, it really helps to have a tripod, or at least set the camera on something solid.

Back to comment: This image looks a bit out of focus. This could be from hand holding the camera during a long exposure or you may need to sharpen more after down sizing the image for a challenge. Most people use Unsharp Mask to bring back the sharpness lost because of down sizing. I would have cropped this image a bit tighter to get rid of the partial tree on the left edge and to remove the bright light on the right edge.

Nice tones and an reasonable composition. It looks to be blurred due to camera shake though. The grainy (noisy) texture suggests that this was a long exposure and a tripod or other convenient support would have helped to eliminate the camera shake. Sometimes with longer exposures and the chance of camera shake it is a good idea to take several identical pictures and pick the sharpest one later.

Great picture, maybe crop a little tighter on the building, sharpen up a bit, excellent exposure.

Nice colors and composition. A crisper focus would have made this even better!

Like the composition, lacking in quality - was the blur intentional? I would prefer to see this in better focus, personally. 5

good color and nice composition. However, the grain and focus is problematic.

Your composition and colors are great. Unfortunately it looks a little blurry. I'm guessing you hand-held this and given the long shutter speed, you got some camera shake. Try this again with either a tripod or some other way of supporting the camera and you would have a very good shot.
