It could be a good cat portrait, but the out of focus nose is not very pleasant (IMO). A good shot otherwise.

Excellent capture. I like this image because it expresses the character of the subject. I find so many portraits are pictures of people (or animals) and not pictures ABOUT people (or animals). You do a wonderful job to show something about this cat and its contentment. I give this a 10 (and if you're curious, in the six contests I've voted in, you are the first 10 I've given)
