Good lighting and tones. Nice textures too with a good take on the challenge.

The subject is slightly too central for my taste, but has good contrast and texture. 8

Very nice setup. Looks great in B & W.

Thinking about this one there is the macabre aspect - recent bones exposed (i.e. not a fossil).

Well done in B&W.

This is a wonderful shot to me. The shadows, the subject, the lighting are perfect. The lines in the shot draw you across the shot from each side and top to bottom. Yet another 10 on this one. Well done.

Nice contrasts. I think I'd like to have seen it in the prairie instread though.

Nice composition, would have done with a square cropping and some extra middtones on the skull. 8

seems too staged

nice skull and good grain in the wood - would this have been more exciting with the skull less centered? There is something about the uneven angle of the background and the dark vertical line that doesn't work for me

Nice tones, light, focus and composition here. I like this.

Interesting shot, great textures and exposure. This would have been one of my favourites this challenge but for the composition, which in my opinion lets it down. I'm not a fan of bottom-left/ top-right diagonals unless there's a strong reason for it. This diagonal also cuts the picture almost exactly in half, and I don't think this works here. 7

This is a very good B & W pic. The contrasts are amazing. The whites are not blown out at all. On my monitor I can see some traces of green and purple in the sky - 9.

Good Points: idea, execution great. perfect saturation
Bad Points:non for the image, it's great, the border i don't like being white & black but not enough to effect your score from me ;)
Score:10 and good luck!

Good composition, the skull is a little overexposed.

Not sure what it is exactly, but there is something here that really appeals to me. Excellent shot.

Great photo!. Lighting looks great too me, not overly done especially with the whiteness of the skull. I like the ruggedness of the photo, this works very well in black & white. Goes with the challenge in my mind too. Excellent job. 8
