Greetings from the Critique Club: I have been assigned your photo to critique and here are my thoughts:
Personal Reaction: I really didn̢۪t resonate with your photo. Subject didn̢۪t interest me and I don̢۪t have much affinity for wildlife photos.
Composition: That being said, the composition is very good here. The negative (white) space is powerful. The motion blur brings my eye back around. Well conceived and presented.
Technicals: The colors are astonishingly good. I do like the small area of sharp focus which gives my eye a place to rest. Contrast is pleasing. And it is an excellent example of motion blur due to a long exposure.
Conclusions: You absolutely nailed the challenge, but I fear the subject didn̢۪t hold voters̢۪ attention long enough to appreciate the many positive aspects of the photo.

| interesting composition and feel. Maybe no whitespace at the top (i think it would have been ok to clip some of the wing) as it would throw my attention better at the head, would make me like this more |
