 A long exposure taken right around sunset. Wasn't sure which challenge to enter.

Taken in Raw, converted in PS, adjusting exposure, sat, contrast, WB, and shadows. Added layers for levels, curves, channel mixer to boost saturation. Noise Ninja to remove noise. Saved as PSD. Flattened image, USM at 20,50,0. Added border. Resized for web viewing. Finally, USM at 150, 0.3, 0 for sharpness.

Very dramatic lighting and great ocean blur. Sky looks just a tad oversaturated near the sun, though.

The color and contrast have been cranked up a little too much for my taste. Still is it a very nice shot.

this must b a winner! i dont seem to have the same taste as most of u around here, but this must b a winner... nothing forced, no pushed colours, and very ingenious use of the light. A perfect ten from me!

That's an interesting shot. I assume you used fill flash for the foreground? I think maybe you overdid the amount of fill by half or 3/4 of a stop... But a nice shot it is :-)
