The idea is good. Cut it into a portrait of just the person, then maybe even better??? Above average.

It's an imperfect image - yet I find it romantic and lovely. The grey sky is one I like a lot. 8.

Great composition but I think it's screaming for some post editing. I'd work with levels and contrast to really give some pop to the colors. I might even up the saturation of red so that the umbrella has the POW factor it deserves. This might be a cool study in black and white as well.
