Photo looks interesting but it is kind of hard to make out exactly what is going on.

I'm not sure what I am looking at - a frog climbing out of a pile of steaks with an electrode hooked up to it?

The focus does not appear to be on the main subject. The image also seems a little too busy. For me, it is hard to focus on anything. Also, I think I would like to see this in color. It would have more shock value, but then some people on the site would probably vote it down because it looked disgusting. I do like that this is definately a different take on the challenge.

This is not appealing to me. I really don't know what I'm looking at either. LOL I'm not the least bit squeamish but this is not good looking. I see a handle, a neut/frog? but beyond that I don't recognize this. Sorry. I will take your word for it that this is science.

This is both disgusting and oddly interesting at the same time. At least on the monitor I am viewing your image from this photograph seems a bit flat. Increase in tonal range / contrast would create more depth within the image.
