I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt here and just assume that the exposure time on this was longer than normal. With that said, I'm sorry to say that this just isn't a very interesting shot to me. I don't understand the significance of the transparent spoon, I guess. Even if I did, this just isn't a really compelling composition or subject matter. The pink background isn't helping the cause much, either. Sorry to rip on your shot; I can only suggest reviewing the Knife, Fork, Spoon challenge for some ideas on composition should you decide to re-shoot. Good luck in the challenge.

better focus would have been great, and maybe a different crop.

Kinda cool - looks a bit like a plastic spoon rather than removing it part way through. Unusual idea (probably means it won't far well but hey I think it's cool).

If this is not an attempt at brown then i apologise but you should really get brown i think this is quite a bad shot creatively and technically too. If you are trying to do photography then may i suggest you go easy on the background (pink is cool but...) and subject matter should be a tad more interesting..

I like the idea, no to hot on the back ground, the faded spoon kinda looks like a plastic spoon.....5
