Good for you for not being afraid to alienate some people with your art. It's good for the soul to take a stand, and making a statement is absolutely within the realm of the photographer's task. Nice portrait, too.

I can tell you both benefitted from, and suffered from the content. Hard to say if it tipped the scales one way or the other. Might have done better if your sign had some ideas for solutions instead of rank/blind opposition. But I guess that wouldn't be as easy to come up with or to be accountable for. Photographically it's a good job though.

I still like this better than many of the other entries. Nice work. It's a rich image of the times.

I love the serious look. Maybe that frown was turned upside-down a bit this week ... a bit ;]

Very nice shot. It has a very working class look to it. I think the face should have been darkened a little though. 7

Gee, how did you vote this week? LOL. By the looks of it you shot anyone that didn't vote with you. Me, I didn't vote. It's safer.

As for the technicals, good comp, great story, face is a bit colorless but stands out.

I'd like to give this a 10 for the "NO Bush", but can't, of course. It's a great shot!

Good character portrayal of a no nonsense problem solver. One would find it hard to kid a man like this. The drawn down lips and the fixed gaze speak of a steel spine, yet a disposition that seeks to understand. Bump.

Excellent image. Love the title. I'm sure you'll piss some people off, but I like your guts.

Woo! So much anger. I don't know if it's really, but the eyes look as angry as the sign, so I guess that makes the photo successful. The side of the face next to the sign seems a little overexposed, making it almost blend in with the sign.

I'm torn. The picture is fine; but I don't like the self-serving nature of the background. On the other hand, there's some place for that in a self-portrait; it gives a glimpse into who you are. But there's more to this than just a glimpse into you.
