 It was preparing to rain shortly after this was taken, so the sky was very low. I cloned out a cell tower in the background (but you can still see the reflection if you look carefully) and some lens spots caused by the weather.
Convert from Raw
Hue/saturation layer to lower overall sat
Color adjustment layer to bring down reds and yellows
Photo Filter (can't say why - wanted to try it - don't know what it did)
crop
Levels to adjust shadows

Sharpen

One other tricky and tiny point to consider is a slightly shorter shutterspeed.. it is a toss up between blowing out a few highlights or the photo being too dark. The light in almost dead center is pretty distracting and that tends to cost you a bit in the voting. Hope this helps. The reflection part is great. EB
