I don't know how many times I have pricked my finger to let my daughter look at the blood, she adores her microscope. The only alteration was leveling.

I'm assuming the focus of this shot was the microscope and if so it would have been better to have all of it in the shot.

Wonderful shot! Congratulations! I guess the boy is a bit blurry on purpose, but this gives a nice contrast to the subject.

Keeping the young scientist in soft focus to emphasize the microscope was a great idea. Unfortunately, the glare off her glasses brings my attention right to that spot.
