 The city I work for just bought a bucket truck. For the training we all had to operate it - I snapped a bunch of photos of the crew operating it for the first time - while I had a lot of hardhat photos I liked the face of this guy.

Not a lot of PP - shot in RAW, adjusted a few levels - did some saturation adjustments on the red channel, resize, save for web.

Great expression. A little different crop to remove the pipes that seem to be coming out of his head and move the subject more out of the center of the frame make this picture even better.
